“We honestly could not be happier with our experience. We had Spoor’s replace almost all of our HVAC (AC condenser, furnace, some ductwork, HVAC lines and electrical, and attic insulation). From start to finish, Garrett and his team was professional, fairly priced, and clearly cared about the quality of their work. What stood out most was their commitment to making sure everything was done right. Garrett even had this cool tool that analyzed what size unit we would need based on the size of the house, orientation of the sun, ups and downs in the weather during the day, and the temperature we like to keep our home set at. I’ve never seen anything like it. Any time we had questions or concerns, they were responsive, patient, and willing to help. Even when there was a small project miscommunication along the way, they completely stood by their work and made sure everything was corrected and handled properly without hesitation. That level of customer service and integrity is hard to find these days. The quality of the installation and follow-up support exceeded our expectations. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If we could give them 10 stars, we absolutely would. We’ll definitely be recommending them to friends, family, and anyone else looking for HVAC work!”

They were quick to respond when our A/C suddenly stopped working last week and had our system working again in 24 hours. The technician was knowledgable and took the the time to explain what had failed and the repair he recommended. “Hi, when they came out, the guy was very nice. But nobody ever contacted us and told us how much it would be. So finally, I called and talked to the lady at the front desk and she didn't really know. But then she started saying that she thought it was the coil. And she looked at other people's coil replacement and told us it would probably be about $5000. And we thought that that was way too high, since I am 84 years old. It seemed like she was just guessing she didn't have an official report in front of her so. I wasn't really sure what to believe with the heating and AC guy Vs the secretary. So I'm only giving a one star, thank you so much. review because the service guy was nice. But after him being nice, we never got contacted. We don't really know how much it'll cost. . And the heat is coming,”
