After being fumbled by two companies I initially tried to work with, I’m very glad I ended up working with 1st Choice. Bill, my service rep/project manager, was so wonderful to work with. He's honest, communicative, knowledgeable, and transparent. He took the time to explain everything to e clearly so I knew what updates to invest in and why, and never made me feel pressured or rushed into any decisions. Bill came and did an initial audit for the project scope, priced out the project and included a rebate estimate. From there Austin Energy came out and did their own audit prior to project day to confirm the updates happening and the official rebate amount. After insulation was added, Bill and Austin Energy came out to make sure everything was done correctly, and the rebate check is mailed directly to me. The installation crew was professional, efficient, and left everything clean. Overall, the entire experience felt smooth, easy, and well-managed from start to finish.
