About

A & A Service Company operates from Austin, TX and centers its work on HVAC repairs and maintenance for houses in the region. Residents there frequently need help with air conditioning that struggles against the summer heat and heating during occasional cold snaps. The business has a substantial record of customer engagements reflected in the many reviews it has received. This volume suggests they handle a wide range of calls related to climate control equipment in homes across Austin neighborhoods.

They perform services that include responding to calls about system failures and also seem involved in towing operations according to reports. For example, customers like Dominique Dixon had issues with unauthorized towing of a son's vehicle from a property, with proof provided but problems persisting since April 15th. Laura R mentioned problems with a rental car and charges. Malon Bell found his car towed from retail parking at the domain after 1.5 hours, with no evidence of violation. Selah Castillo was towed twice in a month despite registering her vehicle, including after arriving from the airport at 1 AM and forgetting to log in.

Customers consistently criticize the speed of resolution when problems arise with their vehicles or systems. The quality of service comes under fire for not meeting expectations in fixing the core issues. Pricing practices draw complaints for being unclear or excessive in certain cases. Communication suffers as customers struggle to get straight answers or resolutions. Reviews highlight unauthorized actions, lack of evidence for violations, and difficulties in getting issues addressed promptly or fairly. The low overall rating reflects repeated concerns over how these matters are handled without proper justification or support. This pattern appears across multiple accounts from different individuals. What Customers Say

I would strongly caution anyone dealing with this towing company. My son’s vehicle was illegally towed, and even the property management where the vehicle was taken from confirmed the tow was unauthorized. We began trying to resolve this issue on April 15th, immediately providing proof along with written documentation from the property. It is now 5/15, and instead of resolving the issue professionally, we are now being completely ignored. Communication has essentially stopped despite us doing everything we were asked to do. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness has made an already stressful situation even worse. My son deserves his refund, and this business should do the right thing and take responsibility for an illegal tow instead of avoiding communication. Now we are being forced to go through the courts just to recover money that should have never been taken in the first place, which is completely unacceptable. Thankfully, the property staff themselves were kind and helpful throughout the process, but our experience with the towing vendor has been extremely disappointing. I highly recommend documenting everything if you ever have to deal with this company.

If you're changing that amount, make sure you do it properly. This was a rental car, and I'm pretty sure I'll end up having to cover it. And honestly, your hands are very clean in all of this.

I went to the domain to have coffee with a client. I came back 1.5 hrs later to find my car was towed from RETAIL PARKING. When I submitted a claim. I was told that “the car was towed due to a violation of the parking rules”. No evidence of a violation of the parking rules could be presented. So basically people are being towed for utilizing retail parking… for what it’s there for?

Absolutely predatory practices. I have been towed twice in a single month despite consistently registering my vehicle every 24 hours. I arrived home from the airport at 1 AM, exhausted, and made a one-time mistake of forgetting to log in to the portal. I attempted to speak with them to explain the situation, but they showed zero empathy and refused to offer any type of waiver or discount, even for a student on a budget. It is ridiculous that simply visiting an apartment complex requires this level of constant surveillance. They are clearly looking for any tiny slip-up to take advantage of people. Avoid at all costs if you have a choice.

Joshua was able to get into my very tight parking garage quickly and without any issues and take my vehicle to the dealer for repair. Super nice guy and even dropped my keys with the right folks. Highly recommend him!
