“I'm glad I called these folks. We have relatively new systems, Carrier/Bryant, which we have had serviced routinely by the company that installed them. One unit shut down with a lock out yesterday, ABA got here today-- Logan was terrific- knowledgeable, had a good handle on why quite quickly--for some reason, despite a paid service contract, the coils had not been cleaned on the condensers. With that done, everything tested out within normal operating parameters. I signed a service contract with ABA, with the comfort of knowing that this company can provide real service promptly. Well done!”
