Overall, it was a fantastic experience by the entire team and all the way from the initial quoting process to the installation itself. Omar was very transparent and responsive in providing a fair quote, clear on what is possible and what is not. During the installation he was onsite supervising and supporting the team out with the installation and bringing in parts (which needed to be purchased). As the manager of the project, he was continuously communicating with me regarding the equipment, technology and installation process and overall a very experienced and knowledgeable individual. The weather was pleasant, so we didn’t need our HVAC that night. Omar called me first thing the next morning, and had a technician in my home by noon. After troubleshooting, a problem was found with the unit inside my house. Omar gave a fair estimate to repair the problem but, after weighing that cost with the age of the unit, we thought it would be best to replace it. The estimate for replacing the unit was fair, and we decided to move forward. In order to maximize time, being as efficient as possible, they suggested removing the old unit immediately and preparing my furnace closet for the new installation. The new furnace would be available to pick up first thing the next morning. Removal of the old unit was quick and the technicians took great care in protecting the floor and cleaning up after themselves.
