“Pre-check in was simple, and smooth. Leading to a seamless check in within the office. Didn’t wait longer than 7 minutes to get seen. The radiologist who took care of me, Corey maybe, was super sweet and disarming. I was a bundle of nerves and felt my anxiety sweat off of me but he made the process as calming and pleasant as possible. It was over before I could process everything and then I was done.”

“This place does everything in its power to make X-rays hard to get and unnecessarily burdensome. They claim they there’s no appointment necessary. Apparently that’s only after 1pm. And after that you wait too long. Tried to turn me away because my son who was with us was too young (9) to be in the waiting room. I was allowed to stay but couldn’t stay with my daughter during the Xray because I had to stay with my son. Was assured there would be a woman present with my daughter while the male tech did X-rays. When it came time for the X-rays the male tech told my daughter it would just be him in the room if that was ok. He asked my 12 yr old daughter this after we were told a woman would be present too. FWIW the staff were kind and doing their best to work under their administrators incompetence. Avoid this place.”

“I was extremely nervous for my son to get an MRI. I was honestly sick to my stomach and overwhelmed with anxiety, but as soon as we checked in, I felt at ease! Everyone was extremely kind and accommodating from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. I was so appreciative for the staff to not only calm my nerves, but also to make my son feel comfortable and confident walking into his imaging. 10/10 experience!”

“What a great experience!! We had an abdominal ultrasound and hip ultrasound on a 3 month old. The location was easy to find with ample parking in the parking garage (affordable). The waiting area was bright, spacious and had plenty of room for the stroller. The exam room was beautifully decorated and had fun little singing toys for baby to look at during exam (and yes, the stroller still fit without getting in the way!! 😍) Our tech, Jinny, was absolutely incredible. She was kind, quick, and helped ease my own anxiety so I could focus on baby. I honestly couldn't ask for a better experience. And the best part? I could feed, change and use the room after the exam to make sure both baby and I were comfy for our ride home. If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you ARA!!!!”

I had less than 5 minute wait time, everyone was so friendly and caring, and it was so cutely decorated that it made it an enjoyable experience.
