“We put a request into our Home Warranty for a broken dishwasher (would not fully rinse soap and the dryer part never heated up). The immediately routed us to All Pro. They came out the next week (mid December) to diagnose the issue. Even during this visit I was skeptical that they knew what they were doing. He gave me a bunch of excuses of what it might be (including the interior filter) and told me I have to keep the rinse aid filled to the brim at all times. He said he would order parts and return to repair. This is when the ghosting started. After pleading with their answering machine they finally returned on Jan 15th with only one part, the heating element. All along I have been convinced that it was something to do with the internal computer because nothing changes in the cycle regardless of what button is pressed, but what do I know. He said it was fixed and left. No way to check other than to run a cycle and what do you know, doesn't work. Called them immediately and texted the tech with photos from the result of the 'fixed' dishwasher and now the ghosting has ramped up. 5 calls made to no avail. Once they answered and said they would call back by the end of the day but ”

“I chose all pro services, because I was satisfied when I use them the first time around. People tend to swear by other company that they have used before in the past. For me it's all about what makes me feel comfortable...( We would all love to have someone show up immediately and fix the problem that one may have,) but it's not always possible no matter how good one may be in repairing ( ac,) have to remember they have other calls to do. Before they can get to you. I give all post services a trillion percent in their work. Thanks to the technician that showed up and save my bacon from frying again today.....👍 If you never use this company, I suggest you do give him a try.”

“Do not use these guys. I have had to have the unit serviced 4 times since the install a few years ago and every single tech that has come out has their jaw hit the floor when they see how terrible the install was. There is already a leak, and I have had to get the compressor replaced after only, again, 3 years. Then, we noticed that they sealed the indoor unit with the effort of a 3rd grade science project. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS TO ANYBODY. $7500 for these guys to install an outdoor and indoor unit 3 years ago. Since then I've had the gas line replaced in the indoor unit, had freon refilled twice, have just got the compressor replaced and had to practically cover the entire indoor unit with heavy duty gorillla tape to plug all the cold air leaks in order to save on the cost for the tech to do it. After install expenses total close to $3500. All Pro....is it your standard to have your customers pay $11,000 for a $7500 install after only 3 YEARS??? You guys owe me a check!”

“The technician notified me prior to arrival and arrived on time. He methodically checked each part of the system: thermostat signals, air handler, outdoor unit contacts, capacitor, and control panel indicators. To rule out the thermostat as the issue, he bypassed it and confirmed the system started correctly, then explained the likely cause. He also installed a spare standard thermostat I had on hand so we’d have cooling during very hot weather. He declined any additional payment for the extra effort. Overall, the service was thorough, professional, and solution-focused.”

“DO NOT hire this company unless you want damage to your property. The service tech who came to my house caused damage to my Ecobee, and could've started a fire in my house. He caused a surge of electricity in my house that burned wires in my Ecobee, which was in my furnace closet, and I smelled smoke in my house. I told him about what happened but he didn't seem too concerned and left soon thereafter. After MANY calls to this company I finally spoke to Janet and explained what happened AGAIN. At a bare minimum I was asking to be reimbursed for the cost of my damaged Ecobee. After "talking to her service manager", she said that they are not responsible for any damage because it's was the "parts failure". Parts don't just spontaneously combust and start fires. This guy clearly hooked up the electricity incorrectly to cause an electricity arc. My AC is still broken, and now I am out a thermostat and need to investigate if any additional electrical sources are damaged. It's mind blowing that you almost start a fire in my house and you have ZERO understanding or compassion for my frustration. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Run far far away as fast as you can.”
