“I will not engage with this company again due to numerous issues and disappointments. Initially, I was assured that I would receive new equipment. However, after signing the loan agreement, the technician retrieved the old equipment from the truck and claimed it was superior. Subsequently, the equipment failed to function properly, resulting in sending a 2nd technician visit to replace all components the previous technician installed. Joel Hernandez at the Hutto, Texas office, who falsely promised a 30% discount, which was never granted. I now face a charge of nearly $3,000 for unsatisfactory service, and I have yet to speak with Mr.Joel Hernandez. The first technician left everything outside open and lied that he did not leave anything open. I have pictures to prove that he did not finish the job on the outside and lied about installing the correct digital box in my home that was faulty. I advise potential customers to avoid this company, as it engages in dishonest practices, fails to honor its refund policy commitments, and prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. If you are reading this, do not use this company, as they are likely to deceive and exploit clients for financial gain.”

“I was left with a mound of dirt. I had ARS come out since I had problems with sewer line back up due to tree roots. This was the end of April. Finally after numerous calls no one seemed to know why the job did not pass inspection. More deep digging has to be done further under my garage. This took another month. Bad communication Finally I was left with a mound of dirt after the trench was filled in”

“Installed a new water heater but description of new system did not match what was installed. Two young men (Jordan who was great and sensible) worked over 5 hours on the installation. The other boy asked for our WiFi password or if we could put on the soccer game for him. Lazy young man. The system must of been new to them. They took forever. System looks horrible. For the price it should’ve been better. So far disappointed.”
