“Michael came out to perform an annual service check-up on my system, and I am more than pleased. He was professional, courteous, thorough, and left my HVAC system in better shape after completing just an INSPECTION. He cleaned drains, made recommendations to keep the system running smoothly, and didn't suggest unnecessary up-charges like other companies tend to do. I paid the $89, as advertised, and Arrow HVAC performed an honest, no-pressure, check-up on my system which I was told is running just fine. 5 Stars and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.”

They were able to squeeze us into their schedule, diagnose the issue within three hours, and were completely upfront about the necessary fixes, costs, and ongoing maintenance for our tank. ​I also learned that they service air conditioners. I wish I’d known that sooner, but luckily they send out deals for seasonal maintenance - which we are very interested in (and they don’t spam you with emails) Overall, it was great customer service and a professional repair. “Very disappointed with this company. They repaired a leak in my AC about 10 months ago and provided a one-year warranty. When my AC stopped cooling again, I called them yesterday, and they sent someone out today. The technician said the unit had no refrigerant left but insisted there was no leak. That is simply not possible. If all the refrigerant is gone, there has to be a leak somewhere in the system. Instead of honoring the warranty and properly diagnosing the issue, they tried to charge me a high price just to refill the refrigerant again. The technician showed no interest in finding or fixing the actual problem. This feels like a scam, and I would not recommend this company.”
