Our new home builder apparently never ran our dryer vent externally, and it had been blowing lint up under our attic HVAC unit for 6 years. Joe was very transparent with us from the beginning that this was going to be a large job, but worked with us to guide my husband through how to do some of the investigative work on his own, so it didn't cost us an arm and a leg. He was incredibly communicative with us via email, as we passed photos back and forth and talked about potential solutions. He came out to finish the job this morning, and he did phenomenal work!
