I was told about Bobby's Automotive, I called and they were able to not only look at my issue, but called me back in a few hours later to let me know I was back in service and the price was well below anything I was thinking! “I have been using Bobby’s for 7 years. They have done some things right, and some things wrong. At the end of the day- they don’t communicate. They don’t seem to read or respond to emails. They leave repairs unfinished. They say things work when they don’t. They do bare minimum. They once put oil soaked brake pads back in after their axle seal repair failed. Dangerous. Their mechanics break things and don’t own up to it. They don’t evaluate, and miss critical details that cost a lot of money later. After being let down several times I’m never going back. They broke my trust. I’m in a real bind because of their carelessness and lack of attention to detail.”
