“I’m very dissatisfied with the service provided. The job was supposed to be completed, but I am still waiting for the worker to show up and finish what was agreed upon. There has been poor communication and no follow-up, which is very unprofessional. On top of that, it was clear he did not know what he was doing. The job took almost six hours, and he had to use my tools because he did not come prepared with the proper equipment. He even had to leave and go get more tools, which caused even more delays and showed a lack of professionalism and preparation. As a customer, I expected reliability, skill, and respect for my time, but instead, I was left frustrated and disappointed. This experience has been unacceptable, and I would not recommend this service based on how poorly everything was handled.”

“This companys employees and their drivers are careless and hostile! One of their trucks came inches from running me over and when I called too let them know they were rude too me and unsympathetic. The ceo did appologize when I wrote him an email and promised to do a safety talk, but he saps he gets more goods reports about his drivers then bad which was hard for me to believe especially since he had other yelp reviews saying that the companies drivers were aggressive.”
