“Brett did a great job with my A/C maintenance service. While he was running behind schedule, Davis A/C did a great job communicating the delay and explaining what caused it, which I really appreciated. Good communication makes a big difference. Once Brett arrived, he was professional, thorough, and did an excellent job with the maintenance. Overall, a very positive experience with both Brett and Davis A/C.”

“Davis AC was the company that originally installed the systems for our community when homes were being built. Haven't had issues with the system till now (nearly 5 years later). Had Patrick show up, super nice guy. He found the issue within an hour or so, explained and demonstrated the issue to me. He confirmed the manufacturers warranty and explained all the pricing and options. Ultimately he was transparent and honest with all the options and pricing with no pressure. He followed up with me when I called with a few questions a few days later. Came back out installed the new parts, and again no pressure to buy or do something I didn't need. I will definitely only use Davis AC in the future for any repair needs.”

“Hello, I had Davis AC technician come out to my house over the weekend to replace a capacitor and he charged by $450 to replace a $15 part. I understand that there is a trip charge and after hour charge but after all of that, it comes down to $277 to replace a $15 part. And this after silver member discount as stated by someone in their office. I would highly recommend finding cheaper options when it comes to your basic needs for your AC. As promised by the company, I still haven't received call from any of the service advisors to see how this can be resolved. The company is definitely overcharging and taking advantage of customers dire situation cause I got this priced by other multiple service providers and everyone has offered to replace capacitors between $200 - $250 including service fees.”

“Davis installed our heating and AC units in our new construction home over a year ago. Since then I’ve joined their membership program and they come out twice a year to check our AC and heating systems. They are always wonderful, however, today Carlos Guevara was our technician and he offered exceptional service. He answered several questions related to my A/C and heating and completed the checking of my heating system with no issues. I would give Carlos 10/5 stars if it were an option!”
