“I previously had good experiences with Endeavor, and even had personal relationships with a handful of them. Endeavor leased me a space for a restaurant which opened in November 2019 just before Covid. Unfortunately, the restaurant could not afford the rent amidst the pandemic. I posted the business for sale and received two LOI’s to take over the space and stay current on the lease. When I notified Endeavor, they rejected my new tenants and put one of their clients in the space just so they could get another commission. Thus, they got two commissions in one year and then their client sued me. I lost everything I had built due to Covid and then was sued. Dan Frey and Billy Osherow are greedy people who discarded long standing relationships and sensibility for a commission. No care for the actual people behind the business. “Edit: Despite the reply, the Greystar team has yet to even acknowledge the Fair Housing violation, let alone try to reach a resolution with either me or my partner. We have a call with a government official next week to discuss our case. Me and my partner live at one of their properties (Solomon) and it has been the most horrific experience we've experienced over the past decade having lived in over half a dozen other rentals. It's a shame because the property is beautiful but unfortunately neither the onsite Greystar management team, regional Greystar manager, Lindsay, or the Endeavor team take building concerns seriously and consistently lie and gaslight residents instead. My partner and I recently had to file civil rights complaints with the City of Austin and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a result of the onsite team violating the Fair Housing Act and lack of willingness to work with us on a reasonable accommodation for one of our disabilities, despite attempting to work it out with Greystar numerous times before doing so.”

“Endeavor Real Estate Group is managing 2 parking lots downtown Austin that belong to the flagship Whole Foods. Instead of properly securing them, they leave them open and unsupervised. So people show up to rev extremely loud engines and to party on those empty lots which wakes up the whole neighborhood. This bad management hurts even the reputation of their client, Whole Foods who are mired in this situation. They shouldn’t be trusted with running any commercial real estate. Beware”

Despite mine and my teammates repeated attempts to contact them about a property lease for my extremely serious client, they still have not responded, showing a total disregard for my inquiries.
