“Update based on their response: That makes sense you guys wouldn’t have a a record of it, you never even took our information down. You rushed us off the phone when we started asking questions about why you guys didn’t want to make a repair. Maybe your team was confused about our problem, but they hung up on us without any clear resolution. Again. We would have paid whatever service fees or charges you would have found appropriate for said fix. But don’t worry, we called another Austin based company and they came out same day and fixed our dryer. “Amazing service especially since we had to get a compressor through warranty from LG. They were able to provide on until LG sent back the warranty compressor so had me up and running a couple of days later. Will absolutely use these guys again!”

And they got me quotes that night - I approved and they were out the next day. All scheduled times were kept. The repair men, all three were kind, polite, kept me informed and up to date. The technicians were responsive and completed the work, but I was really frustrated with their billing and diagnostic process. They also wouldn't provide a repair estimate unless I paid the diagnostic fee and approved the work beforehand, which left me making decisions blindly. “After leaving this review, Mike E. the “manager”sent a series of unkind texts saying I was “harassing” his company. Paid $78 for a tech to spend two hours and not find “the problem”. I followed up, as asked, with 3 videos showing the 6 hr for one load, no proper spin, etc. The next few days I receive texts and phone calls from Lee, Eugene, Mike,Kate, John saying someone would get to me soon…..then I was sent an estimate that only addressed half the problem…….no one can communicate clearly or is solution driven.
