“Review: Disappointed and Overcharged I had a frustrating experience with this air conditioning service company. The technician who came out often sat around talking to other people in my business instead of actually working—yet I was still being charged an outrageous hourly rate. I repeatedly asked for a clear, upfront price but was never given one. Worse, invoices were not sent in a timely manner. They were hidden or delayed, and by the time I saw them, they had piled up. While one person did eventually work with me to reduce a few of the charges, I had already overpaid by that point. And despite all of that, the air unit still wasn’t fixed—I had to call in another company to get the job done right. This was the only time I’ve ever been treated this way by a service company, and I would not recommend them based on my experience. I just went through reviews and a lot of other people are saying the same thing. I used these guys because they originally installed the unit in 2021 which was not used until I finished out my building in 2022.”

“Run, don't walk away from Team Services. My AC was not cooling efficiently, so I called this company. The technician, while nice, took forever. He couldn't find the serial number. He made several trips to his truck. He made several lengthy calls into his office. He then gave me a bill for $220 for 2.5 hours work. His assessment? "It's not working well." Without thinking, I gave him a check. Realizing the next day that the cost was unreasonable, especially since nothing was fixed, over a several-day period I called and left 5 voice messages with the person to whom I was directed and sent one email. No one would get back with me. These folks don't know what they're doing and certainly do not stand by their work.”
