“I am very happy with my decision to go with J E Mechanical. I have a home warranty contract and I was not happy with how they treated my claim. I had an evaporator coil burst and lost all refrigeration. They sent a tech that recommended replacement as the system is 18 years old. Home warranty wanted 2nd opinion so sent another tech. That tech also recommended replacement but home warranty declined so tech contacted Lennox to get parts and forward info. Finally home warranty approved claim to replace the air handler. Since it would be incompatible with condenser I would need that but that wasn't covered. They only agreed to replace the part that failed. So they were giving me quote of $1797 for condenser and $3797 for install and parts not covered. I got 3 quotes for a new system and decided to go outside of home warranty company. Renan was great in explaining everything. The techs were great. I am so happy to have AC/Heat after 3 weeks.”
