I'm very pleased with careful examination and diagnosis done by Terra, the technician sent by Austin Roofing and Construction. She ran a drone over the roof after climbed onto it for examination. She took a lot of pictures through the drone, found some issues need to be fixed on top of the damages caused by wind. The repair was scheduled and performed right after that. Currently, the wind still blows, and it rains almost everyday with thunderstorms. My roof seems hold up well. I'm very happy with the work been done by them.
