“Do not use this company. I had a terrible experience using Lantz when I contacted them to service a vacation home. They left our front door wide open and unlocked and the technician took the spare key with him! When I called them about it, they said “the technician is going to bring it back”…. No explanation for why he didn’t lock up and took the key with him and why he left the door open… no apology, nothing. Every time they came out, they quoted us an insane price to make any fixes ($350 to replace a water filter… something that only takes about 5 minutes and that I’ve done multiple times). They left the water shut off and didn’t tell me, which impacted a scheduled inspection. I had to call and ask for copies of the invoices for the charges they made on my card. When they emailed the invoices over, I see that there is a signature line and that their technician signed the invoice / agreement instead of sending it to me for my review and having me sign it (essentially, forged my signature). The invoice listed repairs that they didn’t do. When I addressed that with them, the manager said “oh, sometimes the technicians use AI to create the invoices and don’t review it for errors…” Their staff was rude and dismissive and didn’t offer anything to remedy the poor service. Completely unprofessional in every single way. I have no idea how they’re still in business. Look elsewhere.”

“I had a great experience with Lantz Home Services. We ran into an electrical issue at our lake house late in the day, and I honestly didn’t think we’d be able to get an electrician out that evening. When I called, they reassured me that someone would be available—and they delivered. Nick, their electrician, arrived around 7 PM and had everything resolved by 9 PM. He was prompt, thorough, and very courteous throughout the entire process. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently, all at a very fair price. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend Lantz Home Services and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“We thought we had an issue with our grinder pump, so we called Lantz Lakeside Services. One of their plumbing technicians, Hunter Patton, came out to assess the situation. He quickly determined that our grinder pump was fine but we had an issue with our main water line. And then he rolled up his sleeves and got it fixed. Hunter was extremely professional, very efficient and communicated very effectively. The price was fair and the service was 5+ stars. We won't use anyone else for our plumbing or home services. Highly recommend.”

“Had an issue with an old toilet in my house, the best course of action was to replace it. I took the opportunity since they were there to replace another toilet of similar age in my home. They were very skilled at the installation, cleaned up afterwards. They removed the old toilets for disposal they had remarkable communication emailed, via text and as well as a call I can't speak more highly of their service skills. I highly recommend this company.”
