“Matt came to fix a job Abacus did for us a couple days prior on a failed cartridge/ mixer in our bathtub. The prior job fixed that issue but we noticed the spout was leaking water from the base when running water. We called Abacus to get it addressed and they sent Matt, who diagnosed the issue immediately, fixed it, and made sure we could see it was now working properly. He also was clear that we’d be covered under warranty which we appreciated. Overall impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Matt and Abacus.”

“I booked the appointment online around 9:00 AM and selected the 4:00 PM–8:00 PM service window. Around 11:00 AM, they called to see if they could come earlier, but unfortunately, I was unavailable at that time. They still arrived within the scheduled time window as expected. I appreciated that they sent me the name and photo of the plumbing technician in advance. Jonathan Espinoza arrived on time, wore shoe covers before entering the house, and conducted a thorough inspection. He answered all of my questions, was honest and transparent with his estimate, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Jonathan Espinoza was our technician, and he was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend their service.”

“Alberto installed a reverse osmosis system in my home for me. During the install he also helped me uncover an issue I had with my dishwasher for months and repaired it too! Both systems are working flawlessly now and I can’t thank him enough for his honest expert advice. He even checked back in on me a few weeks after installation just to make sure I was satisfied with the work and all was going well. I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your plumbing needs!”

“Ethan with Abacus Plumbing came out right at 5pm and worked until 8pm to get our main water line repaired properly. Earlier this year the same issue was addressed by a different technician, but it was clear Ethan had a much deeper understanding of the problem and how to fix it correctly. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to make sure the repair was done right. Really appreciate his work ethic and expertise. Highly recommend asking for Ethan specifically.”

“So I had 2 issues pop up over the holiday weekend. AC went out on July 3rd (holiday), and was having some electrical issues with my outside breaker box. AC Issue: had a Thermostat wire die causing the BRAND NEW hvac system not to turn on Friday July 3rd. I called a millions places and only Abacus had a emergency technician come out within 2 hours on a holiday, which is already amazing. My normal AC place, who installed the new HVAC system and I have been using for 20 years wanted 300 bucks an hour to come out. Abacus didnt charge a fee and was available in 2 hours. Abel M should up and was polite and was able to troubleshoot my system. Repairs were finished within an hour. Abel walked us through everything he was doing and also stayed and answered questions we had. I mentioned my lights were flickering as he was testing the AC and he mentioned they had electricians that could check it out and he would set up the appointment. Amazing technician!!!!!!! Breaker Box Issue: As I was trouble shooting my AC not turning on, I flipped the outdoor breaker. When I turned the breaker back on, I noticed a sizzling inside the box. I mentioned this to the HVAC technician Able M. Donny B was assigned to be my electrician. Donny showed up on time and was polite. He immediatley checked the breaker box and already knew the issue. Donny also found a few other issues with the ground wire and the AC amperage not matching the breakerbox amperage. Donny walked through everything he found wrong and told us what he thinks we should do. He also recommened a whole house power surge protector, which I have been meaning to get with how amazing our Texas power grid is. I beleive the surge protector is required on houses 2023 and newer nowbut dont quote me on that. TLDR: I recieved excellent service from Donny B and Abel M on a freaking holiday weekend. Abacus certainly saved the holiday weekend for my family and we truly appreciate it. Ive seen the reviews that they are "not the cheapest" and tend to "offer upsells", but my experience was great and I would certainly use them again.”
