Even though their focus is not commercial HVAC, I knew that I could trust them to advise me on an unusual zone heating and cooling need we had in one of our warehouses. “I recently hired Richardson Heating & Air to assess an issue with my 14-year-old HVAC unit. Several months ago, I noticed what appeared to be a leak in the ductwork, which was causing the air handler to work harder than it should to maintain the temperature set on the thermostat.
