“I want to write a review to the Better Business Bureau,( BBB) for them to post on their site about a Scam company, that is scamming females about personal products that they use, the company is called Lubracil and of all places they are in Texas where I live at the present time, I ordered some feminine products and their advertisement said if not satisfied return or refund in 60 days "NO QUESTIONS ASKED", I took the soft-gel capsules for two weeks and I was having some issues so I take a few other supplements, so I just quit the soft gel capsules for a few days and the reaction that I was having stopped, so I realized that the soft gels were causing my problem , so I emailed the company for about two weeks all I got back, was them wanting me to give them a rating , so when I realized the product did not work for me, they had sent all the products in one box, a lot of free things for menopause, I am way pass menopause and so is my daughters, so we do not need them even if they are free, so I phoned and said I want to return the box that cost me $200.74 dollars and explain all that I have said here and I asked for my refund , the woman said that since I did not use the soft-gel capsules for the sixty days, I could not return or get a refund, after I read to her about what was in their advertising, and told her I had it in writing about no questions asked that they would stand behind their product, that was a out right lie. I do not take any products even if they are free if they do not agree with my body. They also tried to charge me a subscription that I did not order and also I did not consent to pay for shipping, a total of $ 200.74 ,I have placed a complaint with BBB and read about 29 reviews that said the same things that I am saying, of course as Scammers do they had fake people using female names,that had not even used their products, giving it a five star . But I do wonder why the star rating people do not allow for a O that is what Scammers deserve. I also did a dispute on my credit card company, I am writing this to get my money back, and also so other females will not be deceived by this lying company that is trying to steal our money, and my prayer is to the good Lord that said" vengeance is mine, I will repay." that this business will not stay open, unless they repent and change their ways.My Lord will not prosper this Company that is deceiving His females that He loves and is angry for us about how this business is loving money more than helping His females be healthy. They offer a variety of services in addition to be a resource for complaints. Plenty of parking!”

“I was contacted by the BBB shortly after opening my small business. I agreed to a $50 monthly fee to become "accredited". Took months to get my company logo on the page. That was the extent of service I received. I did received a few 5 star reviews from customers that were posted to my page shortly after signing up. I noticed some months after becoming "accredited" that my monthly fee was raised to $75 a month. When I called to inquire about the price increase and asking what am I getting for this? I was told that was normal and if I wanted to keep my "accredited" status I should pay the fee!! BEFORE JOINING THE BBB UNDERSTAND THIS...THE ONLY WAY TO BECOME ACCREDITED WITH THE BBB IS TO PAY THEM. I have paid Stan's $30,000 over 2 years, see the temp in the house after a 2-year-old unit died. I had to use space heaters over the winter and will have to use a portable air conditioner this summer, again $30,000 in two years. The BBB saw the receipts and the responses from them and is blatantly willing to continue to mislead the public by continuing to rate them an A+. The BBB reflects a 2.2 rating out of 5 on its own website, but still gives them an A+ after seeing how they treated me. I will never use another BBB accredited company, never, it is nothing, but a lie.”
