“Absolutely the worst system ever. I went from taking a few seconds/minutes to do my job in another system to hours in this one. Not at all user friendly and horribly overly complicated to use. Takes 2 seconds to mess it up and 2 hours to fix it. If you’re even able to. It’s awful.”

“The worst management software that you can have. Absolutely not user friendly, absolutely making your work day harder than easier. Full of bugs , people there do not know what they are doing, everyone will talk with development team and nothing get fixed. Office is not happy, employees on the road are not happy, clients are not happy !!!! That was the worst move for the company to use this software.”

“Overall, I love the product just wish it didn't have so many glitches that never seem to get fixed. They just show me how to work around the glitches. I know for a fact, we lost revenue due to these glitches, especially during the first year, which was a learning curve. It does make it difficult for me to train someone to fill in when I am gone and to understand these "work arounds"”
