“After dealing with almost a week without AC and getting estimates from multiple companies with vague solutions, I came across Stan’s at the last minute. I was honestly planning to cancel and go with another company, but I’m glad I didn’t. We already knew there was a refrigerant leak, so the technician: Kevin Calderon completed the leak test the same day and quickly identified the condenser coil as the problem. Since the part was under warranty, Stan’s moved fast to get the replacement and had everything turned around much quicker than I expected. The final price was very fair and included the leak detection, labor for the coil replacement, and refrigerant. Even with all of that, the total came in lower than expected. A huge shoutout to our technician, Kevin Calderon. He was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He explained the issue and the repair without trying to upsell unnecessary work or overwhelm us with technical jargon or EPA regulations like some of the other companies I dealt with. He offered a practical solution and got the job done right. I’d also like to recognize the office staff. Whenever I called to check on timelines and parts availability, the reception team was extremely understanding and helpful. They always got me to the right person and provided realistic expectations for what to expect throughout the process, which made an already stressful situation much easier to deal with. Overall, the process was smooth for a 3-day turnaround, the pricing was fair, and the customer service from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Stan’s earned my business, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.”

“Stan's is great. They are quick to resolve issues with my AC, most recently a total and complete AC replacement. This job costed near $16,000 and Stan's guys had it up and in the attic, all new ducting, and an outside unit installed in about seven hours. The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars, is a small hiccup caused by a hardware issue. I don't blame Stan's for the hardware issue that they resolved in 48 hours. I wasn't a huge fan of being asked for payment when my AC wasn't working. I called the sales representative to kindly speak about the hardware issue, and he skips over my concern and starts talking money... well, that was a downer. Overall result, very expensive job, house seems cooler than it has ever been, work crews and follow up technicians were great. I highly recommend Stan's for HVAC.”
