Since the part was under warranty, Stan’s moved fast to get the replacement and had everything turned around much quicker than I expected. The final price was very fair and included the leak detection, labor for the coil replacement, and refrigerant. Even with all of that, the total came in lower than expected. “Stan's is great. They are quick to resolve issues with my AC, most recently a total and complete AC replacement. This job costed near $16,000 and Stan's guys had it up and in the attic, all new ducting, and an outside unit installed in about seven hours. The only reason I wouldn't give them five stars, is a small hiccup caused by a hardware issue. I don't blame Stan's for the hardware issue that they resolved in 48 hours. I wasn't a huge fan of being asked for payment when my AC wasn't working. I called the sales representative to kindly speak about the hardware issue, and he skips over my concern and starts talking money... well, that was a downer. Overall result, very expensive job, house seems cooler than it has ever been, work crews and follow up technicians were great. I highly recommend Stan's for HVAC.”
