“We had a 3-zone mini-split system installed in one day, and we’re really happy with how everything went. We got several estimates and talked to a lot of HVAC companies, but we chose this company in large part because of Reece. He answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, and he took the time to explain things in a way that helped us feel confident about our decision. The price was competitive, and they followed through on what they said they would do. They called when they said they would call, showed up when they said they would show up, and got the job done. Rigo, Caleb, and Dagan were great — professional, friendly, hardworking, and easy to have around the house. The new system is working great. “Coolest was by far the best "and the Coolest" of the 5 estimates from different Austin HVAC companies who gave us estimates. One of the companies gave us an estimate of 50% more for basically the same HVAC units! And not only did they have the best estimate but they also had the best customer service by far. We also are very impressed with the humidity control, efficiency and the new thermostats they installed (ecobee). A very well named company since they definitely are the Coolest :) They installed 2 new HVAC units for us, and they did it under very unusual circumstances. .. We had a bad storm the night before they did their install and a giant oak tree fell and blocked them from our HVAC units. They patiently waited for the tree cutter to come and remove the tree and did the project same day. And they did a fantastic job ensuring we received the Austin rebates available (and our military discount). We primarily worked with Reece, Mark and Jackson and all three were fantastic. “This week we had our first visit with Coolest HVAC. Not only was making the appointment easy, the staff is knowledgeable and they help provide you information so you can make an informed decision. The service was incredible. Our tech, Jackson, found out that we had had a slow leak occurring in one of our units, causing 1/2 of our house to be a bit warmer than the other. Jackson walked us through the repair costs, he checked on our warranty so that we would not be liable for the part, and overall provided great service. “5 Stars Our A/C stopped working last night—in July, in Texas. Our regular HVAC company, which installed our system and provides our monthly maintenance plan, had us scheduled for a 5:00 PM appointment but called around 4:00 PM to cancel and reschedule.
