“Five stars for excellent reasons! Tyrone was VERY responsive to our urgent situation (unit was blowing but not cooling...this is URGENT in hot Austin!!). He was willing to work us in among his previously scheduled appointments. He arrived with friendliness and courtesy, having come to the door with shoe covers in hand, showing respect for the home. I could immediately tell he was an expert in his area based on his quick, to-the-point analyses and assessments. When he highlighted a concern area, he actually showed me the reason it was a concern and why/how it was causing my issues. I had an idea to get a whole house fan installed to try and save a lot of money over a new central air system and the electricity costs. I went to take a look around my attic and I knew it was going to be an absolute pain to do it and I’m not experienced enough to tackle this alone.
