Alex came out right away - worked for 2 hours to do everything he could to fix the unit, but alas, all we got was 25 years out of our Trane unit. So, first thing next week, he is coming back to bring us a totally new unit. He is so great at explaining everything to us, and doing everything he can to get our old unit up and running.
