“When we moved into our new house, the AC wasn’t working at all. So it’s been REALLY hot. Chris came out and fixed it super quick! Absolutely amazing service! He knew what the issue was right away, was able to go get the part and get back in about 10 minutes and fixed the whole system. Even cleaned it all out so we don’t have any further issues when it starts getting hot. I can’t say enough how happy we are with the job Chris did. I also want to say a big thank you because he really did go above and beyond. It had been a struggle all day to get my 6 month old down for a nap. He happened to start falling asleep right when Chris arrived. He was so respectful and almost completely silent the whole time. I didn’t even hear him in the roof. For him to recognize the situation and get everything done with the highest amount of professionalism, kindness and strict attention that o detail was more than I could have asked for. “Alex checked the thermostat inside, the blower unit inside, and the outside unit. He replaced the capacitor, and added a device that would kinda kick start the system. He was very professional, efficient and got us back up and running. We didn't actually pay for this service. We rent with eHomes as our property manager. Update: within several hours of our A/C being back on, we had room temperature air blowing out of our vents. I called Grogan the next morning, and Trent came out to diagnose the problem. He found that our coil inside our blower unit was very dirty. There's a panel that hides the inside of the A-Frame coil. He also discovered that the service valves for the refrigerant were leaking. That was not successfully fixed and will need replacement. My system is up and running for now. Very thankful and grateful for Trent's expertise and for Chris the service manager to come and help. To be continued... Update: my initial service was on Friday. Cool air stopped blowing later that night. Called back on Saturday, that's when Trent and Chris came out. By Wednesday, i was getting a call to schedule the tech to come back out. After a couple of hours, Alex had my system up and running and I was very grateful for his expertise and diligence! Thank you too everyone involved in getting my system up and running again. I am an eHomes renter. I paid for my repairs with patience, understanding, and a couple of portable A/C units!”
