“The team at Band-Aire are excellent and went above and beyond to help me with a new system. First Ben came out and determined that we needed a new unit. The previous resident covered all the vents and had burned out the compressor by faulty wiring. Melvin came back to install the new unit and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Phillip came along later and made sure that everything was working properly. He even cut a hole in the kitchen floor to uncover another vent that was hidden. Belinda who works in the office made sure that I knew when the crew would be here. Everyone was AWESOME!!”

“This company was great. I called at 430pm with a broken a/c, and I had a tech at 9am the next day. The tech was able to fix my a/c, and tell me my cost/reward situation should the unit break again. All the staff from reception to the tech were super nice and responsive to my questions. Highly recommend!”

“Incredible Service, we recently signed up for the yearly maintenance agreement that covers summer/winter inspections of your cooling/heating system, Thank You Belinda for signing us up. This was a Great Decision on my part to maintain a proper working system through the miserable summer heat. Our Service Technician that came out today was Gabriel, I cannot say enough good things about Gabriel and his professionalism, Gabriel was very thorough going over our complete system inside and out. I watched as he monitored the reading from the outside unit and asked questions to better understand what the readings meant and what he looks for to insure the system is operating at its proper efficiency. There is nothing worse in my opinion than coming home to a HOT house, with the preventative maintenance service offered by Band-Aire you cannot go wrong!!!! Thank you so much for the Prompt and Wonderful Service!!!!”

“We came home later in the day today to find our house REALLY hot (after 4pm and the temp was 100 degrees). Looked up Band-Aire because they were close to where we live and they had a 5 star rating. In the past, we have NEVER had a repair done the same day. EVER. Mason was at our house in less than an hour and diagnosed the problem within minutes, had the parts (on hand) and made the repair. This entire process took no time!!! I am still amazed!!! I am still smiling at the GREAT SERVICE and how blessed we feel right now. Mason - thank you for making our evening so much better !!! We would 100% use them in the future for A/C services.”

“In late August 2024, our A/C system went down and needed to be replaced. Had a service call first to determine what to do, and they were on the spot quickly and tried a tempory fix (with our permmision) but during the holiday weekend, the system went down again. After the weekend, they scrambled and replaced the inside & outside units operating in quick fassion. Can't say enough about their cooperation and quick delivery of the new system. Very happy with thier courteous service personal and very reasonable prices.”
