I was apprehensive about how that would change after they became part of Beyer Boys. We were pleased to note that we received the same quality of service we've had in the past. As always, we were provided with pictures of any parts that were not functioning as expected, given a clear explanation of the cause of the problem, and provided options for repairing the problem. Whenever possible, as with this repair, we have always been given an estimated time frame for when the recommended repair or replacement will become critical. (I'm not talking about days or weeks, but how many months or even years until we'll need to take action.) I value that, as it gives us time to plan for the expense.
