Despite the pouring rain, Elijah worked outside without hesitation to replace our capacitor and had our A/C up and running again in no time. “I met at least 8 of his crew installing a very challenging 26 yr old HVAC in a triple added onto hill country ranch house dating back to 1953. Basically every part of his team, used all there skill, knowledge and God given talents to replace my system. Also , both owners and brothers were here to advise. Im very impressed. “I unfortunately had to replace my AC sooner than expected, but after getting estimates from three different companies, one stood out as the clear choice: Hauer Brothers AC & Heating. From the very first phone call with Emily, we felt at ease. They quickly scheduled Garrett to come out, walk through our situation, and present our options. Garrett did an incredible job listening to our concerns and offering thoughtful solutions. His estimate was by far the most thorough, and he made sure every detail was clearly explained. We had quite a few questions throughout the process, and he was always quick to respond and guide us toward the best decision for our family. On the day of installation, Christian and his crew arrived on time and were both kind and professional. They also took the time to address an ongoing issue we’d had with our drain line. They discovered it had previously been heated and bent, causing a pinch that restricted flow. They corrected the problem and ensured everything was working properly. Two weeks after installation, they even sent someone out to inspect the work and make sure everything was done right—something we really appreciated. This is my second experience with a full AC replacement, and I can confidently say the previous company I used didn’t come close to this level of service. “Just had an amazing experience with these guys. We have a somewhat complicated heating and cooling system, that has all kinds of inclusive parts and finicky tech. Christian and Elijah were able to deduce the problem in no time, and go through the lengthy process of making sure we got the right replacement part from the carrier. Elijah painstakingly tested everything before installing it firing it back up, so as not to create further complications. He also explained everything in amazing detail, really making me feel like the whole process was transparent and straightforward, despite how complicated it all is to someone like me, in actuality.
