“Very bad work done. The technicians that went did a half ass job. They only cleaned the outside unit not the inside one . They lied saying it didn't need it. They only cleaned the inside pipes of inside unit because I told them they were clogged. They put freon. This was this past Saturday 061625 by Sunday 061725 the inside unit froze again. “I would give no stars at all, but I am forced to give one! Horrible service! Botch job after botch job. Owner himself came to see the poor job his workers did and said he could not help pay for the leak from the "missing floater." After back and forth, he even said he was taking his part back, even though he never installed a new one! Worker told us before hand that it was on them, but the owner quickly hushed him up and said he would not pay for damages. Owner recommended a new unit! (7 years with the unit) He even told me he sold me an old unit! The nerve!!! The next day, had the same leak and the same mess!!! You bet I won't be calling them back. I don't recommend. Do anything and everything to not call these guys! You will definitely pay the price for their mistake!”
