“In the middle of the “heat dome”, our aged furnace fan motor that supports our air conditioning system, caused us to shut off the air conditioner. We called in the early morning hours of the 4th of July holiday weekend, and Jason, at Sal’s Heating and Cooling sent their technician, Houston, out by 10:30 AM to do a diagnostic check. Houston was able to access that our 24 years old furnace could be repaired but it would be more cost effective to replace it. He assured us that we could still operate the air conditioning and scheduled a date to replace the furnace with a more energy efficient one. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable and personable. Houston offered input on which system would be the best (and it wasn’t the most expensive) for the square footage size of our home. We truly trusted his advice and know that Sal’s will complete the project in a timely fashion.”
