“Thursday, the day before Christmas Eve my heat went out. Called these guys thinking there was no way they'd come out. They told me service calls were $89 up to an hour. Great ! So the guy comes out, replaces my filter, opens up my unit and 5 minutes later is on his way with my check in hand. Only problem is he didn't FIX anything. My family and I have been freezing for the holidays with no word from these folks even after leaving several messages. If integrity is what you look for in service you won't find it here.”

Rick at Garlington- Brown talked to me at 12 pm on a Thursday and then andhad my new 5 ton unit installed the next morning....awesome job. Then this year I bought a rental home, and the unit went out and it was 106 degrees. My lady that gets things done for me told me everyone said at least a week!! I thought no way these people are going to suffer! Again, I called Rick at Garlington-Brown, it was on Thursday, he said the new unit wouldn't be in until Monday. But he sent his guys over with a used unit to keep the home cool, until it arrived, then installed it Monday morning.....THAT IS OLD SCHOOL SERVICE, WHERE THE CUSTOMER IS PUT FIRST.....
