“Crystal Beach Heat and Air has provided us with top-notch professional service for over a year. We bought a second home in Crystal Beach that had all sorts of issues with the HVAC system. Before finding CB Heat and Air we had used a company from Galveston. The outfit from Galveston furthered our problems. Thankfully, a neighbor referred us to Matt and we couldn’t be more pleased w CB Heat and Air’s service! The damage the HVAC system was causing to our home was extensive. Matt went above and beyond to correct the problems causing the moisture and humidity within our house. We will never trust our HVAC system to anyone but CB Heat and Air. Additionally, we also had an additional beachfront home on the Bolivar Peninsula. We installed two brand new complete units when we moved in using a different CB HVAC company. That was Jan 2024. We recently listed it for sale and it went under contract. We thought everything would be fine for inspections. NOPE!! The HVAC install was incomplete and wrong in many areas. We called Matt as an emergency. He was there the following and resolved the problems allowing the home to pass final inspection. If you live on the Bolivar Peninsula trust NO ONE other than Crystal Beach Heat and Air. I have nothing to gain from this review. I don’t want newcomers to the peninsula to face the costly expenses we have endured by hiring the wrong repair company.”

“Called and within an hour, the owner arrived and diagnosed our unit. We did not get the news we wanted but it was expected. The very next day, his crew arrived and installed the entire AC unit. The crew laid blankets down to protect the floor and cleaned up after completion. I would highly recommend Crystal Beach Heating and Air.”

“I’ve used them a couple of times in the past and Matt is easy to contact, responses quickly, and arrived when they said they would. They diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it. Last month they replaced my 13-year-old HVAC unit. They used the brand I wanted and their price matched a quote for the same unit that I got from a company in Hardin county. Again, we schedule a day to installed it and they arrived on time for their appointment. They removed the old unit and put in the new unit in four hours. They covered the floor in the house and cleaned up after the new unit was installed. I will continue using them for all of my HVAC needs on Bolivar Peninsula.”
