“My family has been displaced since October 2025. LGI built our home 8 years ago and installed a small AC unit not big enough for our home and installed the dehumidifier backwards. My AC unit and ducts were completely full of mold and after an inspection from Dylan from Expert Air, he replaced all my ducts and installed our new AC unit for a great price. I finally have my family back under one roof. God bless you Dylan and your team! All of the photos shown is the old unit after they took it out.”

“Hands down best user experience From start to finish. Waking up at 0300hrs to what sounds like a Hyena that has taken residence in your attics air exchange is never a good situation! I immediately reach out to some trusted advisors who recommend I contact Expert Air! They couldn’t have been more correct. I called at the height of business first 25mins of opening. Pleasantly surprised to be placed on a brief automated hold and then my call was taken by the General Manager who apologized for the wait and was taking calls to help his staff as they were currently slammed(leading from the front)! I explained my situation and concerns and that I just purchased the home 90 days ago and had a warranty for the unit itself. He walked me through the whole process and how things would happen sequence of events and likely responses from the warranty folks. All spot on solid advice. Got me a same day Tech! Tech arrived promptly professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. He address and fixed my main issue then help me out with some pointers that could help prolong the life of my unit. 10/10 experience! Today they earned my business and I will be using them for my other property’s as well they offer the routine inspections and maintenance but most importantly they are local, reliable, and lead with integrity and empathy!
