“Out of state travelers, my husband and son experienced a mechanical failure while driving to CA in my son’s truck for his new assignment in the Navy. It was late on a Friday, Federal holiday weekend. Kenny’s Garage stayed open late, working tirelessly to get them back on the road. Unable to finish the job, they gave them a ride to a local motel and picked them up first thing in the morning to continue their work. By noon, they had them back on their way. Kenny and his crew are kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I’m thankful that they found your shop when they needed help the most.”

“Please do not take your car here flat out, we as people work to hard for our money to have someone like this to hustle you out your money, you will go in for a simple fix once he dose his diagnostics on it, he will tell you you have four other problems and it’s gonna cost you hundreds of dollars and he won’t replace anything he says is wrong with it because it’s not broke. “We spent over 12,000 dollars for an LS swap that I provided motor and transmission. Took a week longer than they said first off. Got the car home to finish details of project.. 31 miles put on car and it would not start. Took it back and got excuse after excuse about it’s not his fault. Well for 12,000 and he bought those parts. It’s his fault. After another 700 dollars and still the radio was not put in after a week. We get it back and now a/c does not work gas gauge does not work and tail lights do not work. I would think to a normal person you realize where I’m going with this. I spoke to Kenny by text expressing my concerns. As expected all I got was lies and excuses. So at this point I will try the courts to resolve. The purpose of my review is to make our community aware that Kenny’s car care is not honest. They do not honor the work they do. And in my experience with him he lies. I have lived in this area for a long time and people that know me know I’m fair. But the service here was the worst case of professionalism and character I have ever seen. Please be AWARE”
