“Ben gave me a bid on a new HVAC system in Seprember. I told him I wanted to move forward. He said he was having supply chain issues. He called early December & said he could have a unit in a week, did I want my name on it. I said yes. The next week he did not answer calls or texts. I checked again in January & February. He said he would check & call me back. He never called me back. I know from family member in ac business in GA. Supply issues were resolved in January. I went with the 2nd bid I got in September. It is $500 more than it would have in September if I had not let Ben string me along. Do not wait on this man, he does not stand behind his word.”
