“My parents recommended Bubba’s and man am I glad they did. Our heater went out the weekend before Christmas Eve. I called them that Saturday and they were at my house in Lumberton within the hour and got me going in less than an hr, they saved the holidays for our family. Price was reasonable and transparent to me. My heater acted out again last night, so I called them early morning today(8AM) and I had some at my house by 9:45AM. Staff was kind both times I called and treated us well. They stood by their work and got us running again, that’s to be respected and admired. Bubba’s has one more loyal customer and will definitely recommend their services to anyone. Thank you guys for your professionalism and expertise, and thank you for the recommendations, they have been put in place.”

“Giles, the appliance repairman at Bubba's has worked on my clothes washer twice. Once for a faulty lid switch and another time for the stabilizers that keeps the machine from shaking while in the spinning cycle. Great job both visits. Last year in May 2024, the fan on the top of our outside AC unit froze up and needed to be replaced. Bubba's technician took care of it to get the unit cooling again. Today the compressor on the outside AC unit stopped working. We called Bubba's and were scheduled for tomorrow. Shortly afterward , Bubba himself called to say he would come today. He came shortly, diagnosed it as a bad starting capacitor, topped off the coolant and tallied up a reasonable bill. Cool air is flowing again!! ----- 4/10//2026 We called earlier about a Spring AC checkup, got a price & scheduled a visit. The office called today to say they were on the way. Hayden and Greyson were on time. Greyson flushed the drain lines and placed slime inhibitors in the upstairs unit while Hayden checked pressure levels and hosed out the outside unit. Standard $85 charge finished to our satisfaction.”

“Needed an A/C unit temporarily moved. Was quoted $140 per hour. Men were there 2hrs. Also told there was no trip charge. I Was Charged $850.00 I have pictures of when they were there and time stamped. I suggest you call someone else. I believe this business took advantage and should be punished Well here it is.
