About

Darrell Grissom handles HVAC work out of Beaumont, Texas, where the heat and humidity put constant strain on cooling systems. He trained through programs at Lamar Institute of Technology that cover industrial and engineering technology along with manufacturing and trades. That background gives him solid grounding in the mechanical side of heating and cooling equipment that homeowners rely on during long summers. Beaumont sits in a region that sees heavy storms and high moisture levels, so systems often need attention for both routine wear and sudden failures tied to weather. Grissom focuses on keeping units running without unnecessary add-ons or delays.

He takes on full installations of new HVAC setups as well as repairs to existing furnaces, condensers, and ductwork that break down from constant use or storm damage. In practice this means checking refrigerant levels, replacing worn compressors, cleaning coils clogged by Gulf Coast humidity, and making sure thermostats communicate properly with the rest of the system. Homeowners in the area regularly deal with units that short-cycle during peak heat or lose efficiency after power outages, and Grissom works through those issues by testing each component on site rather than guessing. The approach keeps jobs moving and avoids repeat visits that waste time and money for the customer.

Customers keep coming back because the work shows up on time, gets finished without dragging out, and holds up once the crew leaves. Reviews point to clear explanations about what needs fixing, fair charges for the actual parts and labor required, and quick responses when a unit quits on the hottest days. Quality stands out in how few callbacks happen after service, while communication stays direct about schedules and costs. That steady record adds up across hundreds of jobs in the local market. What Customers Say

Unseasoned Egg and bacon bean carrots burrito 8inch long and 2(1/2)inches wide burrito with some fruit is 15.43$ 💀💸🔥 and to get in sometimes at night is 10$ to get in, Water taste a lil bit like grass. Waiter is real nice. It's a great place to chill and watch the singers and play pool but if the p-table works that day. Best to eat before you come and vibe.

It's honestly impressive how much Log On has managed to decline. Karaoke night used to be fun. Now it's a gamble whether the bathrooms will be working or whether the entire place will smell like a sewer. Getting a drink requires the patience of a saint—expect to wait 15+ minutes, and don't be surprised if your order comes out wrong. The staff appears overwhelmed, disengaged, or both. The overall vibe is less "neighborhood bar" and more "everyone working here is counting the minutes until they can leave." The owner sets the tone for the establishment, and unfortunately the professionalism on display behind the bar often felt inconsistent. One moment guests are welcomed warmly, and the next they're treated like an inconvenience. Im sure there will be an entertaining response from them on this. If you want to sing karaoke, you'd better get your request in immediately after 8 p.m. Otherwise, don't expect to make it on stage. The rotation seems so overloaded that many people spend the entire night waiting. The security presence somehow manages to be both overbearing and ineffective at the same time, which is a difficult balance to achieve. What was once a fun local spot now feels poorly maintained, poorly managed, and frustrating from start to finish. After last night's experience, I won't be back.

It's a damn shame, 6 months ago i would've given this place a 4-star review. However, their walking HR-complaint of a bouncer brings this place down to 0, which unfortunately is not an option on Google. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

We brought our 11 year old daughter to watch her band directors play in their little orchestra last night and it was a packed house! Night and Day orchestra blew us away! I love all the cool things hanging on the wall! It really felt like I was somewhere back in time! My husband had the Philly cheesesteak and he loved it! The margaritas needed a little flavor so I added my husbands blueberries and it was better 😝

I haven't had eggs Benedict in about 12 years so I was scouring the area. I found this gem of a place. We went during brunch. Everyone's food was phenomenal and I only regret not having more stomach to try more. The bartender was very helpful and an all around cool guy. It was a pleasure finding this place and we will be going here many more times in the future....starting tomorrow....I have a date with a large portion of biscuits and gravy!
