“I've used Rutty for years, and while I'm never happy to need them, I was just as impressed with them this time around as I've been in the past. In the heat of SETX summer, our AC iced over and stopped cooling on a Friday. Rutty got a technician (Kevin) to us the next day, on a Saturday, no extra cost beyond a normal service call. The verdict was that the control board and/or blower needed to be replaced. They got with me Monday, said they've have both parts on the truck the next morning, and scheduled the fix for Tuesday afternoon. It ended up being just the control board, but I loved that they had the blower ready in case we needed that replaced as well so there wouldn't be additional downtime where we had no AC running in our house. Eric installed the new control board as well as a smart thermostat we had purchased ahead of time. He confirmed everything was running and was cleaned up and gone by 3PM with my home's temperature steadily dropping - yay! Thank you Kevin, Eric, and Chad Rutty's whole team for getting us squared away quickly and at reasonable costs. ♥️”
