He found that the evaporator coil was extremely dirty, and the only real fix was to pull it out and clean it properly. Chris was super quick, professional, and really knew what he was doing. He also explained that the problem likely came from filters not being changed regularly, which can happen in rental properties. On top of that, we decided to add a UV light system to help improve indoor air quality and keep the coil cleaner in the future — a great recommendation from Chris.
