The technician failed to provide any upfront quote or estimate for the work, despite being asked. This lack of price transparency is completely unacceptable for commercial services. The quality of the work itself was also very poor. The issue was not fully resolved, and the service felt rushed and incomplete. After the poor service, we were presented with a hefty, unexpected bill that was significantly higher than industry standards for the minimal amount of time and effort expended. If you value transparency, professionalism, and effective repairs, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Do not risk calling them unless you are prepared for a surprise bill and subpar results.”
