“I would strongly recommend you find a different company for your heating and cooling needs!! I had Reed Service Company install two brand new ac units in my house. After only one week one of the units stopped working and required warranty work. After one month, it was found that Reed Service did not correctly attach two pvc pipes. This caused major water damage throughout my house. This has been the worse experience I have gone through with an ac company! This mistake has destroyed my home and completely disrupted my families life’s, as the repairs are still ongoing and taking weeks if not months to get back to normal.”
