“Mike came out and checked out my heat pump on a Saturday morning and the price was reasonable. Mike knows his business he had my system up and running in no time at all! “Been problem after problem with these folks, My A/c unit is doing the same thing its been doing, Called to have them back out to fix the problem they were suppose to fix 7 months ago, Told me it'd be in the morning...ok... Wife my 3 kids and myself slept in 86° heat after I had worked 16 hrs in the heat, come morning no call, no show, I call them they say can't do it in the rain....ok...Rain stops for 3 hrs, No call, No show, call them back, Can't get to you today, it will be in the morning.... Text Mikel Shaffer, Same thing can't get to yall till morning, Let him know I have another company on the way he replies "Good for you" I have been a long time supporter and customer of this business even though my a/c hasn't been fixed right yet and is less than 5 years old and still under warranty. “Changing my review. Last year I called them out because my AC wasn't performing well. They sprayed my outdoor unit down, said "it's hot outside and your ac can't keep up" and charged me 400 dollars. This year, I got someone else out. Apparently my capacitor had been going bad. They changed it, charged 160 for it, and my house has been cold for the first time in a long time.”
