“About a week ago, my air conditioner was blowing 82 degrees, and it was high 90's outside. I called Wrights Mechanical about 2:00 p.m. and by 5:30 we had cold air again. You have to know how busy HVAC people are especially in the summertime. I was expecting no less than a 12-24 hour wait before they would get here and probably have to order parts which would further exasperate the downtime. 3.5 hours from the time I called until I had cold air. 2 Hours of that time was spent chasing a motor I needed they had to go out of town to get the same day. They came through... But what did I expect? They always do come through. Price was less than expected. That my friend is STELLAR SERVICE and why I continue to call them anytime there's a problem. Wrights Mechanical has never let me down. I appreciate these guys and the great service they provide our community.”

“Just wanted to say you guys are awesome!! Had the original installers (Prec*s*on A*r) of our A/C unit come out to fix a problem and they charged us $88 to pull out a dirty filter in the attic unit...said they couldn't do anything until the coils thawed and offered to wait in the clock. We passed. Cleaned the coils myself and still had no cold air. Our house was 84.5* and I had it!! Called up Wright Mechanical, the next morning from work, and they came out that afternoon! I told him what had happened and he noticed we were 2lbs low on refrigerant. Visit 1-He charged it up, schedule a leak test, and we set up biannual inspections. Visit 2-Found the leak Visit 3 (a day earlier than scheduled, might I add)-Fixed it. Three separate visits, but still very happy. Now we're blowing cold and our bill is back down to normal. Very friendly, very professional. Will recommend and use again!! Thanks again guys!!”
