“Larry is the man. During the Feb 2021 freeze our furnace stopped working. Larry answered the phone at 1:30 am and walked me through some trouble shooting to no avail. He came out the next day despite the roads being covered in ice and started figuring things out. It was a complicated repair with multiple components having failed. Our furnace was only 4 years old and the heat exchanger was cracked. Big repair. Larry took care of reaching out to the manufacturer and getting the warranty coverage on the cracked heat exchanger. His rates were fair and he was so helpful and kind during a crazy week. Not a day has gone by during these 2022 freezes that I have not appreciated all of Larry's hard work and our furnace that has worked perfectly through it all. I highly recommend Hill Country A/C!”
