“Jake was great on the consult and Chad and Edward were great on the install of the minisplit we added for our garage. They were prompt, the work is clean and we are very pleased with the results.”

“I contacted Strategic back in October 2025 to diagnose and repair my HVAC that wasn’t running cold . They recommended changing the furnace motor and I had them complete the job . I used them again in April 2026 , and this time I was on site since I changed the condenser fan motor myself and needed them to inspect the motor change and do a full inspection. The inspection confirmed the motor was the issue . Solomon was the technician and I was very very impressed I must say. Firstly , in how he presented himself , his thoroughness and knowledge with the system as well as explaining all the details to maintain the system. He was very friendly , funny and such a good dude overall. I was equally impressed how he presented the company and what they offered in terms of the different HVAC systems and newer technologies along with their financing options should I ever need to change the entire system.
