Kramer & Co. Mechanical, Inc.

Kramer & Co. Mechanical, Inc. operates out of Bella Vista, TX with a clear focus on HVAC work for homes across the area. The company handles air conditioning and heating needs that come up in local properties, from routine upkeep to full replacements when units fail. Bella Vista summers bring heavy heat and humidity that push systems hard while winter cold snaps can leave furnaces struggling overnight. This crew steps in to keep things running without dragging out jobs that leave families uncomfortable. They cover both central systems and smaller setups that fit older homes or additions where ductwork does not reach everywhere.

Technicians install complete A/C units and mini-split systems for targeted cooling in specific rooms. They also handle heat pump placements and furnace work including new installs or repairs on units that lose heat or make odd noises during cold stretches. Common fixes involve recharging refrigerant, swapping out worn compressors or fan motors, and cleaning coils that get clogged from constant use. In Bella Vista, TX the weather shifts fast so crews stay ready for calls when an old system quits right before a heat wave or freeze. Homeowners face high humidity that strains equipment and raises energy bills when filters stay dirty or parts wear down without attention.

The strong rating reflects steady results on jobs where speed and lasting fixes matter most. Reviewers point to crews arriving on time, finishing without added delays, and leaving systems that hold up through the seasons. Quality stands out in quiet operation and even temperatures after service while prices stay straightforward with no padded bills. Communication keeps owners informed from the first visit through completion so there are no surprises on scope or cost. DIRT Score 4.74 from 163 reviews on Finds.

“I hadn't used Kramer in many years. But decided to give them another try. We have had a rash of repairs and I am highly pleased. They are very affordable. I had to purchase a furnace and ac combo. The guys came out, worked hard, and did a great job. They really cleaned up the furnace closet and even did some extra work at no extra charge. Very pleased with the HVAC crew. A week later we had an underground water leak (13 gallons a minute). The city shut off our water. Kramer was there first thing the next morning. Tim did a great job fixing the leak. Tim also worked on our toilets and got them all fixed with no leaks. I would highly recommend Kramer.”

“These guys were absolutely amazing from the first phone call to the last. Very prompt and very good work. I’ll gladly pay good money for great service. Referred to me from Jims Old Fashion HVAC. THANKS to all of you for great service.”

“A tech was sent to my home the same day I called. My problem was solved in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Kramer & Company!”

“Kramer and company has worked on both our home and business properties and I cant tell you how pleased we continue to be with their work. Every single employee has been honest, worked hard and did a fantastic job. We've been a customer for 8+ years.”

“I have had very positive experiences with Kramer on plumbing projects and issues.”

“I'm always hesitant when it comes to contractors. After reading all reviews for Kramer, I gave them a call for two service issues: a garbage disposal that quit working, and a clog. They had both fully resolved in less than an hour, providing quick, honest, and high-quality service. Also, note that their service fee means you won't be charged if they have to come back for the same issue in the future. Totally worth it. I will always use them in the future for plumbing needs in Northwest Arkansas!”

“I cannot recommend Kramer & Company Mechanical enough! From start to finish, their team was incredible. Matt and John, in particular, are standout professionals who have been to our house for a couple different HVAC and plumbing needs. They made the entire experience seamless. They were not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled but also genuinely cared about us as people, not just another job. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a world of difference. If you're looking for a company that will do the job right and treat you with respect, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!”
